5 1/2 stars. Chad has helped us in two situations dealing with a rental car company and an insurance company. In both cases, we were getting the run around and both companies refused to pay for damages that were their responsibility. In each individual case, Chad was extremely responsive and professional to us as clients. More importantly, his assistance generated immediate responses from both companies. Our months of back and forth with each company were resolved within 24 hours after Chad intervened. He gets my highest recommendation.
